Generational wealth often conjures images of stocks, bonds, real estate, or cash, but what about knowledge, hard work, and ethics?

True wealth isn't just about income; it's what each generation builds upon.

My father, who grew up in a two-room shack with dirt floors on a tobacco farm in Martinsville, Virginia, exemplified this.

By the end of his life, he had a full-time job, a part-time job, and his own business, all to ensure his children didn't endure the same poverty.
